2. Documents required to?

    Open store and Sell your Products

  • We dont required any documents to open a store on goKraft.
  • All you need is a Mobile number, Email and Address 

     Use our Payment gateway

  • We need below documents only if you want to use our payment gateway.
  • GSTIN ( If you dont have one, you can register for GST number for free follow this guide )
  • PAN (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”, LLP, etc)
  • Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Bank Statement)

3. What are the fees charged?

  • Only if you use our payment gateway
  • We don't charge any commission currently, all you need to pay is Payment Processing Fees( Payment Gatway charges )
  • Payment gateway Charges will be upto 5%

4. How and when do I get paid?

  • All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking).
  • The payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 7 business days from the date of order dispatch.

5. Do I have to Ship products to Customers?

  • Yes, goKraft does not provide courier currently
